Sie diente von Beginn an als Aussichtspunkt auf den Rhein, die M\u00fcndung der Nahe, die Stadt Bingen mit dem M\u00e4useturm und die Burgruine Ehrenfels. Die Rossel ist vom Niederwalddenkmal aus bequem auf einem gut begehbaren Waldweg zu erreichen. Diese imposante Aussicht wird wohl kein Besucher so schnell vergessen.
