Es wurde 1448 als Spital errichtet, im Jahr 1510 zu einer Metzgerei umfunktioniert und diente ab 1610 als Salzlager, was dem Haus seinen Namen gab. Seit der franz\u00f6sischen Revolution ist es in Privatbesitz. Der gro\u00dfe Speicher wurde im 19.
