Der wohl sch\u00f6nste Wingertsturm Rheinhessens, steht auf dem Gel\u00e4ndes des <strong>Weinguts Villa Heiligblut<\/strong> in Weinheim, einem Stadtteil von Alzey im Oberen Selztal. Bereits von der Selztalbr\u00fccke der Autobahn A63 aus ist er dreist\u00f6ckige zinnenbedeckte <strong>Heiligblut-Turm<\/strong> als eines der Wahrzeichen Rheinhessens zu sehen. Er wurde im Jahr 1887 vom damaligen Besitzer des Weinguts Georg Balz (1846-1903) als Aussichtsturm im neugotischen Stil auf dem Heiligen Blutberg erbaut. Seine wertvollen Fenster sind bleiverglast und somit hebt sich dieser Turm in jeder Hinsicht von den \u00fcbrigen Weinbergsh\u00e4uschen und T\u00fcrmen ab, zumal er auch nicht als Arbeitsh\u00fctte f\u00fcr den Weinbau gedacht war.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_4834\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-4834\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/georg-dahlhoff.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/201109142590.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-4834\" title=\"201109142590 - Heiligblut-Kapelle ind Alzey-Weinheim\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/georg-dahlhoff.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/201109142590-300x199.jpg?resize=300%2C199\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"199\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-4834\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Heiligblut-Kapelle ind Alzey-Weinheim &#8211; ild Nr. 201109142590<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Im Jahr 1890 errichte Georg Balz auch die <strong>Heiligblut-Kapelle<\/strong>, die ebenfalls auf dem Gel\u00e4nde des Weingutes steht. Sie wurde ebenso im neugotischen Stil erbaut.
