Die <strong>Nahe<\/strong> ist ein Nebenfluss des Rheins in <strong>Rheinland-Pfalz<\/strong>. Sie flie\u00dft vom Saarland kommend an S\u00fcdrand von Hunsr\u00fcck und Soonwald entlang bis nach Bingen am Rhein. Weil die Nahe nicht tief ist, ist sie auch nicht schiffbar, aber sie bietet viele M\u00f6glichkeiten zur Freizeitgestaltung: z.B. Kanufahren und Stand-up-paddeling. Ruhig dahin flie\u00dfende Abschnitte wechseln sich mit Wildwasser ab.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durch die Enge des Tals ragen hier auch m\u00e4chtige Felsen empor, wie z.B. der <strong>Rheingrafenstein<\/strong>. Wasserv\u00f6gel wie Enten, G\u00e4nse, Schw\u00e4ne und Kormorane lassen sich beobachten, ebenso wie Silberreiher. Im Wasser tummeln sich zahlreiche Fische und mit etwas Gl\u00fcck bekommt man auch mal eine W\u00fcrfelnatter zu sehen, ein kleine ungiftige Schlange (max. 70 cm) die am Ufer der Nahe heimisch ist.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Die Gradierwerke, auch Salinen genannt, in Bad Kreuzach spenden erfrischende salzhaltige Luft, die den Atemwegen gut tut. Diesen Spaziergang sch\u00e4tze ich aus dem Grunde sehr, weil er sich auch gut mit dem Aktivrollstuhl bew\u00e4ltigen l\u00e4sst.
