Diesmal hatte ich mir vorab schon das Ziel Elie ausgesucht. Das ging so, dass ich auf der Karte das n\u00f6rdliche Ufer des Forth nach interessanten Orten abgesucht habe. Da fiel mir dann der kleine Leuchtturm und der Lady&#8217;s Tower auf und so hatte ich mein neues fotografisches Ziel, welches einmal nicht zu den gro\u00dfen Zielen des Schottland-Tourismus z\u00e4hlt.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_24861\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-24861\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/georg-dahlhoff.de\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/201703020298X-T2.jpg?ssl=1\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-24861\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/georg-dahlhoff.de\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/201703020298X-T2.jpg?resize=600%2C338&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-24861\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Blick zum Leuchtturm &#8218;Elie Ness Lighthouse&#8216; &#8211; Bild Nr. 201703020298<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Elie<\/strong> ist zusammen mit <strong>Earlsferry<\/strong> ein beliebter kleiner Badeort am n\u00f6rdlichen Ufer der <strong>Firth of Forth<\/strong>, in der schottischen Region <strong>Fife<\/strong> zwischen St. Andrews und Kircaldy gelegen. Der in einem Bogen verlaufende Sandstrand der beiden Orte bietet im Sommer ideale Bedingungen zum Baden oder zum\u00a0Wind-Surfen. Am \u00f6stlichen Rand von Elie befinden sich auf einer ins Meer ragenden Landzunge die beiden Wahrzeichen des Ortes, der Leuchtturm <strong>Elie Ness Lighthouse<\/strong> und die Ruine des<strong>\u00a0Lady&#8217;s Tower<\/strong>. Der kleine Turm der einst oben durch ein Gew\u00f6lbe geschlossen war diente, so erz\u00e4hlt man sich, der\u00a0Lady Janet Anstruther of Elie House als Umkleide, wenn sie am Strand badete.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_24862\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-24862\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/georg-dahlhoff.de\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/201703020303X-T2.jpg?ssl=1\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-24862\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/georg-dahlhoff.de\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/201703020303X-T2.jpg?resize=600%2C338&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-24862\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Wege auf der Landzunge vor Elie &#8211; Bild Nr. 201703020303<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mein Spaziergang auf der Landzunge beginnt auf einem der beiden Parkpl\u00e4tze am Ortsrand von Elie. Einige Wege durchziehen das D\u00fcnengras. Auch zahlreiche B\u00e4nke laden zum Verweilen und Genie\u00dfen ein. Linker Hand ragt bald der auf einer Klippe stehenden Lady&#8217;s Tower hervor. Aus dem Turm heraus bietet sich ein sch\u00f6ner Blick hin\u00fcber zum Leuchtturm, der von hier aus auch auf kurzem Weg zu erreichen sind. \u00dcber eine kleine Br\u00fccke erreicht man den Turm.
