Grau und neblig pr\u00e4sentiert sich Rheinhessen in diesen Tagen. Zum Gl\u00fcck sind noch ein paar bunte Bl\u00e4tter\u00a0an den B\u00e4umen, und so bleiben\u00a0demjenigen der sich bei dem Nebel nach drau\u00dfen wagt\u00a0wenigstens noch ein paar sch\u00f6ne Anblicke. Da es sich am heutigen Sonntag nicht lohnte weiter weg zu fahren, hatten wir uns f\u00fcr einen kleinen Rundgang durch den Volkspark und den Stadtpark in Mainz entschieden. Es bestand bis zum Jahr 1922, als es dem Versailler Vertrag folgend geschleift wurde. 1935 entstand auf dem Gel\u00e4nde des ehemaligen Forts der <strong>Mainzer Volkspark<\/strong>.
