Sie liegt abseits der Hauptverkehrsstra\u00dfen im Rheinhessischen H\u00fcgelland. Lediglich die Evangelische Kirche (rechts im Bild zu sehen) stammt aus dem 9. Jahrhundert. Jahrhundert zur\u00fcck. Als ehemalige katholische Pfarrkirche war sie St. Martin geweiht. Seit dem Jahr 1548 ist die Kirche lutherisch.
